Soulward — The Alkira Method
Accredited Personal Development & Practitioner Training
A six-month journey of self-discovery, compassionate enquiry and followed by 3 months further learning for those who wish to become practitioners and to support others with confidence, care and integrity.
The Alkira Method brings together reflective learning, spiritual exploration and practical skills for holding space. It invites you to understand yourself more deeply, recognise the patterns that shape your life and develop a more grounded, authentic way of being.
Whether you are joining for your own personal growth or wish to bring this approach into your work with others, you will find a warm, inclusive learning environment that welcomes people of any faith or none.

Patterns and protective responses: recognising habits with curiosity and compassion.
Boundaries, needs and choice: finding your voice and honouring your limits.
Compassion and self-worth: developing a kinder relationship with yourself.
Loss, change and transition: supporting yourself and others through life's changes.
Presence and holding space: listening deeply without rushing to fix.
Compassionate enquiry and guidance: using thoughtful questions to support discovery.
Trauma-informed holding: respecting safety, consent, choice and individual pace.
The Alkira toolbox: reflective and experiential practices for personal and practitioner use.
Ethics and responsible practice: boundaries, scope of practice and knowing when to refer.
Integration and practitioner development: bringing your learning together and developing your own approach.

The training develops skills for personal development and wellbeing support; it does not qualify graduates as counsellors or psychotherapists.
